A formal hire agreement is completed and signed before hire begins.

Casual Use & Shoot-Arounds
Casual use of the indoor courts is available during school hours on weekdays at a rate of $8 per person per hour. Please contact us ahead of time at info@gcleisure.com.au or phone 3422 2367 for available times.
Conditions of Entry
Please read the following conditions of entry prior to hiring or entering the premises. These conditions apply to all premises belonging to the Eagles Sports Complex.
For the safety and convenience of all visitors:
Children aged 12 years and under must be actively supervised by person(s) aged 18 years or over who are able to render assistance when required.
All visitors, staff, and property within the complex must be treated with respect.
Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
Hirers must adhere to the time and space provisions of their bookings, unless directed otherwise by management or staff.
Vehicles must be parked appropriately.
Unsuitable behaviour in and around the complex is not permitted.
Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.
No BYO alcohol or illicit drugs are permitted.
Glass of any description is prohibited.
No animals permitted within the complex.
No smoking or e-cigarette usage within the complex.
Use of photographic or video equipment requires permission from management. Use of cameras and/or mobile phones with photo and/or video recording capabilities is prohibited in and around change rooms.
Training and/or teaching activities are only permitted within this complex with the consent of management.
Management and staff reserve, at their discretion, the right to refuse entry and/or service to, and the right to ask for removal from the premises of, any person(s) found to be in violation of these conditions.
